Processing & production time All RERASMITH pieces are handcrafted to order. Please allow 3–5 working days for production before your order is dispatched. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery estimates (UK)

Standard delivery: 2–3 working days

International delivery We ship worldwide. International delivery typically takes 7–14 working days depending on destination. Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracked shipping All orders are sent via a tracked service. Your tracking number will be included in your dispatch email.

Busy periods During peak periods such as Christmas, production and delivery times may be slightly longer. We recommend ordering early to avoid disappointment — particularly for personalised gifts.

Lost or delayed orders If your order hasn't arrived within 20 working days of your expected delivery date, please contact us at rerasmith.shop@gmail.com and we'll investigate promptly.
